The 28th March 2022 saw the return of the Creative Oceanic Northern Ireland Wedding Awards 2022; the event held in the Europa Hotel, Belfast brought together over 350 wedding specialists from across Northern Ireland to celebrate and showcase their businesses in the glamorous awards ceremony.

Weddings of 2021 Part 1

It’s been a busy wedding season I’m pleased to report after what was a tough time for us all! And it’s not over yet, I’ve plenty more weddings this year and 2022 and 2023 are fast filling up. I can’t wait to create beautiful wedding flowers for them all.

The Post Pandemic Wedding

Despite restrictions lifting for weddings here in Northern Ireland from the 24th May, we’re not quite back to ‘normal’ - guest numbers will be agreed on an individual basis after a risk assessment by the venue, so for many this may still be limited. But if Covid-19 has taught us anything, it’s that we can adapt and embrace the challenges.

Getting Married After a Pandemic

One year on since the first lockdown, since the wedding industry largely closed and many couples had their wedding plans derailed. It was a disaster and for my business it resulted in a need to rapidly pivot and develop new services and products that would help keep things going.
