TERMS & CONDITIONS

1/ I always endeavour to purchase the flowers you have requested for your wedding or event. However due to weather, shipment, airfreight or other circumstances beyond our control this may not always be possible, in these circumstances a substitute will be provided as close as possible to your original choice.

2/ All wedding or event flowers must be paid in full 2 weeks before the date of your wedding failure you do so will result in your flowers not being ordered and no flowers being delivered on the day of your wedding or event.

3/ All deposits are non refundable, we take a deposit to secure your date therefore turning other potential customers away and safe guarding your date , so regardless of when you cancel before your date no refunds of deposits will be given.

4/ As a customer you have access to read our terms and conditions on our website and enter your agreement into us arranging your wedding or event having done this.

5/ Once you have had your consultation no date is secured until your deposit has been paid in full and you have received a confirmation of the booking by email from us. No dates can be held without a deposit.

6/ Should you need to cancel your wedding we need this verified in writing and all deposits paid are non-refundable.

7/ Postponing your wedding or event needs to be in writing , we are happy to postpone your date and transfer your deposit over only if the date is still available with us and we can do it , if not you will forfeit your deposit.

8/ Cancellations within 2 months of your wedding date or event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 2 weeks before your wedding or event will be requested to pay in full as flowers will have already been ordered and must be paid for.sed to store site preferences to save you from having to re-enter information on future visits. They may also be used to track your activities (links clicked, pages visited etc.) while visiting a site. Persistent cookies remain on your computer until you remove them, normally by using the browsers clear history feature, although other methods exist.
