It's important to me, and to my couples, that when they visit my studio in Ballynahinch, nr Belfast, for their wedding consultation, they feel comfortable and relaxed and that my surroundings express me and my work.

That's why I like to regularly update my studio to reflect my present thinking and current trends in floristry and wedding flowers.

My studio is the beating heart of David McConkey Wedding Flowers. It's where I get my inspiration to create the perfect floral companions for my brides. Then, once the designs are done, the workshop downstairs is where the visions of my couples come to life.

I've again given the studio a makeover for the coming winter months. I hope you all like it.
